• Our standard fees are $27 per hour or $275 per day.  (According to AARP's 2006 Study profiling long-term care in Minnesota: The average rate of Home Health Aide service is $27/hr.)

• Our caregivers provide in-home care and assistance under the supervision of Registered Nurses. All Homewatch Home Care caregivers  are certified Home Health Aide's (HHA's). HHA's have the same qualifications as a Nursing Assistant.

• Our Registered Nurses also provide case management, which ensures that an individual's entire needs are being addressed from personal care to transportation to home management.  The Nurse's role is to promote the best possible physical, social, and emotional well-being for the client and to give families peace of mind by knowing that their loved one's needs are being cared for, holistically.  We do everything we can to make it as simple as possible for seniors to continue living their life at home.  Our RN Case Management Services are generally included at no additional charge.

• Homewatch Home Care provides: respite care that helps fill in for family caregivers, assistance for a few hours each week, and 24-hour/live-in care. Care can be provided anytime, day or night.  Our goal is to be flexible to meet each person's needs so that they can stay living at home, rather than move to assisted living or nursing homes.

• The minimum service requirement is 6-hours per week which can be in one day or in 2-days at three hour visits.  Please call our office for a referral to another reliable home care agency if you need less than 6-hours per week of home care services. 

• Below, we have listed some of the services that we can offer to people. Our services are not charged 'a la carte' like in many Assisted Living homes; but rather, our clients pay an hourly or daily rate for their caregiver's time. During that time, our clients receive care and assistance that is personalized to their needs.  We do our very best to provide our clients with consistent caregivers, so they can get to know and trust one another.  Each client has a Nurse Care Manager who supervises the care, performs skilled assessments, and does other case management.  The time put in by the Nurse Care Manager is an added value of Homewatch Home Care and we generally do not charge for her visits and services.
